Common use of Existing Material Clause in Contracts

Existing Material. (a) The Agreement does not affect the ownership of Intellectual Property Rights in Existing Material. (b) RHC grants you a revocable, non-transferrable, non-exclusive licence to use all Intellectual Property Rights in Existing Material provided by RHC in connection with this Agreement during the Term solely to enable you to access and use the Service. (c) You grant to RHC a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, non-exclusive licence during the Term to use the Intellectual Property Rights in Existing Material provided by youas necessary for RHC to provide the Service.
