Existing Material. Except to the extent otherwise stated in this agreement: (a) each party retains ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights in any of its Existing Material or any material it develops following the commencement of this agreement; and (b) nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of, or assigns any Intellectual Property Rights in either party’s Existing Material to the other party.
