Existing Loan. The Existing Loan is in full force and effect and Seller has received no written notice of any default thereunder. The documents listed on Exhibit I are all of the Existing Loan Documents. All interest and other payments required under the Existing Loan have been paid through the date currently due. To the best of Seller’s knowledge, there is no default by Seller (except to the extent a default is caused solely by the death of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Led ▇▇▇▇) or, to Seller’s knowledge, Lender.
