Common use of Existing Liens, etc Clause in Contracts

Existing Liens, etc. Liens granted to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Facility Parties pursuant to any Security Document and liens (i) in existence on the Closing Date that are listed on Schedule 7.2, or (ii) arising out of the refinancing, extension, renewal or refunding of any Indebtedness secured by any such Liens, provided that the principal amount of the Indebtedness secured by such Liens is not increased and such Indebtedness is not secured by any additional assets.
