Existing Language. 100 This Agreement shall become effective January 1, 2020 and will remain in full force and effect until December 31, 2022 and from year to year thereafter unless written notice to terminate or modify the Agreement is filed by either party at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiry date.

Existing Language. 100 This It is understood that this Agreement shall become be in full force and effective from January 1, 2020 and will remain in full force and effect until to December 31, 2022 and shall continue from year to year thereafter unless written notice of desire to terminate negotiate changes or modify the Agreement termination is filed given by either party at least sixty days (60) days prior to such anniversary date.
