Common use of Existing Environmental Reports Clause in Contracts

Existing Environmental Reports. Tenant hereby acknowledges that it has received, read and reviewed the reports and test results described in EXHIBIT "E" attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Existing Environmental Reports") The Hazardous Materials, if any, currently present in, on or under the Premises as described in the Existing Environmental Reports are referred to herein as the "Existing Environmental Conditions"). Tenant shall not be responsible for remediating any Existing Environmental Condition unless Tenant exacerbates any Existing Environmental Condition.
