Existing Defined Terms. (a) The definition of “Borrower” in the preamble of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to refer to Access MLP Operating, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company. (b) The definition of “Parent” in the preamble of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to refer to Access Midstream Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership. (c) The definition of “Consolidated EBITDA” in Section 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following at the end of such definition:
