EXISTING COOPERATION. ‌ a) The City of Medicine Hat, Town of Redcliff, and Cypress County (at the time of adoption of this agreement) have service delivery agreements identified in Appendix B to provide services to residents and. b) Where any of the agreements have lapsed, the Committee, at the direction of their councils, may desire to review and renew agreements. c) If any provision of this agreement conflicts with any provisions of an existing agreement between all or any of the municipalities, the affected municipalities shall: i. Direct the respective appropriate representatives of the affected municipalities to meet as soon as reasonably possible following the identification of the dispute, for the purposes of resolving the conflict; ii. Act reasonably and negotiate in good faith in order to address and/or accommodate the conflict including, without restriction, altering or rescinding the agreement that conflicts with this ICF; and iii. In the event that the municipalities are unable to reach an agreement within 30 days of the identification of the conflict, the outstanding matters in dispute shall be referred to be resolved under the dispute resolution process as referenced in this agreement.
