Common use of EXISTING CLIENT Clause in Contracts

EXISTING CLIENT. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Existing Client" means a client for whom the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries is performing consulting services as of the date of the termination of Executive's employment with the Corporation or for whom the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries performed consulting services within the two (2) year period immediately preceding the termination of Executive's employment with the Corporation. The term "Existing Client" is not intended to include mere vendors or suppliers of the Corporation.
