Common use of Exhibits; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Exhibits; Entire Agreement. All Exhibits to this Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof as if set out in full at the place where first mentioned. As used herein the term "Agreement" shall mean this Development Agreement and the Exhibits hereto. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, correspondence, arrangements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof. No representation, promise, inducement or statement of intention has been made by any party which has not been embodied in this Agreement.
