Exhibits; Entire Agreement. All exhibits attached to or referenced in this Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if they were set forth at length in the text of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and merges and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be altered or amended except by an instrument in writing executed by the authorized representatives of the parties.
