Common use of Exhibits; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Exhibits; Entire Agreement. All exhibits attached to or referenced in this Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if they were set forth at length in the text of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and merges and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be altered or amended except by an instrument in writing executed by the authorized representatives of the parties.

This Agreement (including, without limitation, the Regulated Services Agreement and each of the exhibits and attachments to this Agreement) constitutes the entire agreement and merges and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, both written and oral, between understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreementhereof and there are no restrictions, promises, warranties, covenants or undertakings other than those expressly set forth or referred to herein. This Agreement shall not be altered or amended except by an instrument in writing executed by supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements and undertakings between the authorized representatives of the partiesparties with respect to such subject matter.
