Exhibitor Licence. Exhibitor grants to Organizer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, fully paid, limited, personal licence during the term of this Exhibit Contract & Membership Agreement to use Exhibitor’s name and logos solely in connection with the promotion and production of CANSEC.
