EXHIBITION AND PROMOTIONS Clause Samples

The EXHIBITION AND PROMOTIONS clause defines the rights and obligations related to displaying, marketing, or otherwise promoting a product, service, or work. Typically, this clause outlines how and where the subject matter can be exhibited, such as at trade shows, online platforms, or public events, and may specify the parties' roles in promotional activities. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand the scope and limitations of promotional use, thereby preventing disputes over unauthorized exhibitions or marketing efforts.
