Common use of EXHIBITING PREMISES Clause in Contracts

EXHIBITING PREMISES. Tenant shall permit the Landlord or its agents to exhibit and show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants during normal Business Hours of the last six (6) months of the Term or any renewal thereof, or if Tenant is in default of any term of the Lease. Tenant shall not hold the Landlord liable for any damages resulting from such entry, absent gross negligence on the part of the Landlord.
