The Exhibiting clause defines the rights and obligations related to displaying or presenting certain works, products, or materials, typically in a public or commercial setting. It outlines the conditions under which one party may exhibit the subject matter, such as at trade shows, galleries, or online platforms, and may specify requirements for attribution, duration, or approval processes. This clause serves to clarify the scope of exhibition rights, prevent unauthorized displays, and protect the interests of both the owner and the exhibitor.
Exhibiting. The SHE Shows do not allow anyone attending in the capacity of a delegate to sell, offer or otherwise promote their products or services at a Show unless they are formally registered as an exhibitor. Should any delegate approach other delegates with a view to offering to sell, demonstrate or otherwise provide or seek to provide any products or services, whether by free trials or otherwise, the Organisers reserve the right to charge and recover from such delegate the exhibitor cost of £1750+ VAT CHANGES TO THE CONFERENCE PROGRAMME AND VIEWS EXPRESSED BY SPEAKERS Although we will endeavour to follow the published programme, we reserve the right to make changes (including changes to the guest speakers and the times of their presentations). In the event that we need to change the conference programme, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as is practicable. In the event that any such changes are made, no refund of the conference fee or any part of it will be given. The views expressed by guest speakers are theirs alone and do not necessarily represent those of Washingtondowling Associates Ltd. We take no responsibility for the content or the accuracy of speakers’ presentations.
Exhibiting. Stands must be staffed at all times throughout the opening hours of the exhibition. · Any failure by an exhibitor to furnish their stand by the opening time of the exhibition will be deemed as a cancellation, and the organiser will be entitled to reallocate the space without refund. · Exhibitors must not block the front of a neighbouring stand with their displays nor arrange their stand in such manner as to cause the public to block the aisle in front of it, or any adjacent stand.
Exhibiting. Sponsors are bound by the same terms and conditions, if exhibiting, as all other vendors of event. Sponsors must have their own liability insurance with limits of one million dollars. Banners: Sponsors are responsible for creating their own banners. Banners placement will be determined by the Promoter. Sponsors are responsible for the hanging of their banners and removal after the event. Banners must be responsibility secured and not have any dangerous edges/sticks that may not cause harm if used inappropriately.
Exhibiting. To use the exhibition services you must: 1) be over 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian who has countersigned the contract;
Exhibiting a vehicle within an internal exhibition area (Centre Court);Min of 3 days 12.9.1 A fire wall will be erected between the tenant (Woolworths) and the exhibition and must remain behind the display for the full duration of the display. 12.9.2 The car displayed will be afforded a fire protection system in the engine compartment and the passenger cabin. Centre Management to supply and oversee installation. Please see Annexure E 12.9.3 Tyres to be painted with flame retardant and certificate of application to be issued – this is at the cost of Centre Management.
