Exhibit E to Clause Samples
Exhibit E to the Credit Agreement shall be deleted and a new Exhibit E-1 and Exhibit E-2 shall be inserted in lieu thereof which shall read as set forth on Exhibits E-1 and E-2 attached hereto.
Exhibit E to replace the Standard Contractual Clauses with a new version adopted by the European Commission.
Exhibit E to the Employment Agreement shall be amended and restated in its entirety as set forth on Exhibit E to this Amendment.
