EXHIBIT E PERFORMANCE MEASURES. The Grantee shall submit a Quarterly Claims Form to Grantor electronically through the Grantor’s grants Management System no later than 30 days after the end of each Federal Fiscal Year quarter. All claims must be for the quarter in which they occurred. A Quarterly Narrative must be submitted as a part of the Quarterly Claims Form. In the Quarterly Narrative, the Grantee must include a report for activities completed in the three-month quarter applicable to the claim and progress in achieving the goals and objectives listed in the Annual Work Plan submitted in the Application.
