Common use of Exercise Procedures Clause in Contracts

Exercise Procedures. The Transfer Agent Instructions and Form of Election to Purchase under the Warrants set forth the totality of the procedures with respect to the exercise of the Warrants, including the form of legal opinion, if necessary, that shall be rendered to the Company's transfer agent and such other information and instructions as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Purchasers to exercise the Warrants.
