Common use of EXERCISE OF WARRANT; COMPANY OFFICE Clause in Contracts

EXERCISE OF WARRANT; COMPANY OFFICE. This Warrant may be exercised at any time or from time to time during the Exercise Period as to the entire number or any lesser number of whole Shares, by the surrender of this Warrant to the Company at its office at 3200 Xxxxxxxx, #000, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 xx such other place as is designated in writing by the Company pursuant to this Section 1, together with (a) a duly executed election in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes and (b) a wire transfer or a certified or bank cashier's check payable to the order of the Company in an amount equal to the Exercise Price multiplied by the number of Shares of Common Stock covered by such election. For so long as this Warrant is outstanding, the Company shall continue to maintain an office in the State of Texas where notices, presentations and demands in respect of this Warrant may be made upon it and shall notify the Holder in writing at least 15 days before changing the location of any such office.
