Common use of Exercise of the Proxy Rights Clause in Contracts

Exercise of the Proxy Rights. 3.1 The Shareholders shall recognize that the Subsidiary Company may re-appoint, when necessary, specific person(s) in itself, to act as proxy for the Subsidiary Company to exercise any or all of its Proxy Rights within the scope of Article 1 and the Shareholders shall agree to bear all corresponding legal responsibilities.
