Common use of Exercise of Remedies at Direction of Bondowners Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Remedies at Direction of Bondowners. If requested in writing to do so by the owners of not less than 25% in principal amount of Bonds Outstanding and if indemnified as provided in Section 802(e) of the Bond Indenture, the Bond Trustee shall be obligated to exercise such one or more of the rights and remedies conferred by this Article as the Bond Trustee, relying upon the advice of counsel, shall deem most expedient in the interests of the bondowners.

Exercise of Remedies at Direction of Bondowners.
