Exercise of Other Rights or Remedies. In addition to all other rights and remedies provided in this Section 16, the Lessor may exercise any other right or remedy that may be available to it under Applicable Law or proceed by appropriate court action to enforce the terms hereof or to recover damages for the breach hereof.
