If any government department requires the relevant documents to be executed by the Shareholder itself, the Shareholder shall execute such documents and take corresponding actions as instructed by the Agent.

Exercise of Entrusted Rights. 3.1 The Shareholders shall provide sufficient assistance to the Agent Assignee for its the exercise of the Entrusted Rights, including prompt execution of the resolutions of the shareholders’ meeting of the Company shareholder's resolution or other related relevant legal documents made by the Agent Assignee when necessary (e.g., when e.g. to submit the submission documents for the purpose of such documents is necessary for obtaining the approval of, or registration or filing with government governmental authorities).
