Exercise and survival of indemnities. (a) An obligation to indemnify under this Service Agreement will be discharged by payment in full by the indemnifying Party to the indemnified Party (or to such person as the indemnified Party nominates) within 20 Business Days after the date the indemnified Party provides written notice to the indemnifying Party setting out adequately detailed grounds for, and specifying the full quantum of, the claim for indemnification.
