Common use of Exercisability Date Clause in Contracts

Exercisability Date. The Warrant Shares shall become exercisable on October 1, 2025, provided there has been no breach or alleged breach by the Holder of the terms of the Consulting Agreement. If there has been any breach or alleged breach by the Holder of the terms of the Consulting Agreement prior to the Termination Date, this Warrant shall be forfeited and terminated immediately upon notice of such breach by the Company to the Holder.

If there has been any breach or alleged breach by the Holder of the terms of the Consulting Agreement prior to the Termination Date, this Warrant shall be forfeited and terminated immediately upon notice of such breach by the Company to the Holder.
