Exemption procedure. Any company that wishes to proceed to appoint a captain, on board seagoing dredging equipment belonging to this company and sailing under the Dutch flag, with a nationality as cited under Article 1 paragraph I, must submit a written request for this to the secretariat of the Dredging Joint Committee, in accordance with the standard application form created for this purpose.
