Common use of Exemption from Review Clause in Contracts

Exemption from Review. Franchisor will waive the requirement for its review of a Prospectus if such Prospectus: (i) only uses the Proprietary Marks in block letters to identify the Hotel, (ii) provides a clear statement that the Hotel is operated under a license from Franchisor, and (iii) provides that Franchisor has not reviewed, endorsed or ratified the proposed offering or Prospectus.
