Exempted From Evaluation Sample Clauses

Exempted From Evaluation. A teacher who was on leave from the school district for 50% or more of the school year, or who has submitted notice of retirement and that notice has been accepted by the Board of Education on or before December 1 of the school year in which the evaluation is otherwise scheduled, will be exempt from the evaluation procedures in this agreement.
