EXEMPT, ETC the Source does not include assets of any employee benefit plan, other than a plan exempt from the coverage of ERISA. As used in this Section 13.2, the terms "employee benefit plan", "governmental plan", "party in interest" and "separate account" shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in section 3 of ERISA.
