Common use of Executory Agreements Clause in Contracts

Executory Agreements. Liabilities and obligations which accrue on or following the Closing Date under the contracts described on Schedule 4.9 hereof.

Executory Agreements. Liabilities and obligations which exist at or accrue on or following the Closing Date under (i) the contracts Contracts described in Schedule 4.14 hereof; and (ii) executory contracts, agreements or other commitments entered into in the ordinary course of Business existing on the date hereof and not required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 4.9 4.14 hereof.
