Executors Sample Clauses

Executors. The term “Executors” means an executor, administrator, administrator with the will annexed, special administrator, personal representative, or a person who performs substantially the same function under the law of another jurisdiction governing the person’s status, including all successors or persons holding the office temporarily. If, however, there is no Executor serving within the United States, the term means the Trustees of this trust for purposes of the property held in the trust estate, as provided in I.R.C. §2203. The terms “Executor” and “Executors” each include both the singular and the plural.
