Common use of Executive’s Declaration Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Declaration. Executive must declare his rights to inventions, databases, improvements, discoveries, software, writings or other works of authorship useful to Odyssey in the normal course of business, which were conceived, made or written prior to the date of this Agreement and which is excluded from this Agreement.
