Executive’s Acknowledgement. Executive expressly acknowledges that he has been advised, and has the right, to consult with counsel regarding Executive’s rights and obligations under this Agreement and the terms of the Release Agreement attached as Exhibit A hereto, including without limitation in respect of the Executive Covenants set forth in this Agreement, and that Executive fully understands the terms and conditions contained herein and therein.
