Common use of EXECUTIVE WORKS Clause in Contracts

EXECUTIVE WORKS. Executive agrees that Executive will promptly disclose to --------------- the Company all Executive Works. Executive hereby irrevocably assigns to the Company all right, title and interest in and to any and all Executive Works that relate to the Business of the Company, including all worldwide copyrights, trade secrets, patent rights, and all confidential, proprietary and property rights therein, and Executive will execute, without requiring the Company to provide any further consideration therefor, such confirmatory assignments, instruments and documents as the Company deems necessary or desirable in order to effect such assignment.
