Executive Support. At least once per calendar quarter ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Den-Mat and Guy De Vreese of Remedent, or the successors to their respective positions, shall meet in a mutually agreed upon location to discuss business and marketing issues related to the Products and the relationship between Remedent and Den-Mat.
