Executive Severance Program. Effective as of the date of this Agreement, MCI shall establish an executive severance program (the "Executive Severance Program") for the benefit of approximately 20 of its senior executive officers (other than those eight individuals who are entering into Employment Agreements) (the "Covered Executives"). The Executive Severance Program shall have the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A to this Annex A.
