Common use of Executive Services Clause in Contracts

Executive Services. 3.1 The Executive shall undertake and perform the duties and responsibilities commonly associated with acting in the capacities of defined or listed in Section 1.1. The Executive agrees that his duties may be reasonably modified at the Company’s and the Executive’s mutual agreement from time to time.
