Common use of Executive Services Clause in Contracts

Executive Services. The Company hereby employs the Executive for the Term as the Chief Executive Officer and President, and the Executive shall perform reasonable services as may, from time to time, be prescribed and directed by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive hereby accepts employment and agrees to perform such duties and undertake such responsibilities as are customarily performed by others holding executive officer positions similar to that held by and assigned to the Executive in similar businesses, subject to the general and customary supervision of the Company’s Board of Directors. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the position and duties of the Executive shall be as from time to time designated by the Company’s Board of Directors.
