Common use of Executive Positions Clause in Contracts

Executive Positions. During the Employment Term, Executive will serve in an executive capacity, will be the senior most officer of the Company and will have the customary powers, responsibilities and authorities of chief executive officers of companies of the same or similar size, type and nature, and shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with his positions, consistent with the governing documents of the Company as now constituted and as such documents may be amended from time to time, and as reasonably required by the Board. At, or any time after, the time of Executive’s termination of employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall automatically be deemed to resign from each position Executive holds with the Company and its Affiliates, unless otherwise requested by the Company.
