Common use of Executive Position Clause in Contracts

Executive Position. During Executive’s employment, Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In such position, Executive shall have such duties, functions, responsibilities and authority as shall be determined from time to time by the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) consistent with Executive’s position and title. Executive shall report directly to the Board. Executive shall be an executive officer of the Company and shall be subject to all Company policies relating to executive officers, including the Company’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policy and all securities law reporting requirements.
