EXECUTIVE OFFICE. The execution of the Joint Activity plan (Annex 1) will be jointly coordinated by the Executive Office, the governance structure responsible for organizing the liaison between the Parties for managing the alignment of activities to this Agreement. C omposition. The Executive Office will include two representatives of the Grants involved in this Agreement. C apacity: The Executive Office oversees the effectiveness of the scientific and technical coordination of the collaboration. M eetings: Meetings of the Cross-project Executive Office are held once per month.
