Common use of Executive Director Clause in Contracts

Executive Director. The Executive Director shall be appointed by the Board and shall have the general administrative responsibility for the activities of the Joint Protection Program. The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the Agency, and shall, subject to the control of the Board of Directors, have general supervision, direction and control of the business and officers of the Agency, and shall have such other and related duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or the By-Laws.
