Common use of Executive Director Clause in Contracts

Executive Director. The Practice Management Board will direct the day-to-day functions of the Executive Director in implementing the policies agreed by the Practice Management Board. The Executive Director shall meet with the Medical Director on a regular basis as reasonably requested by either party to discuss issues pertaining to ARMS. Salary and fringe benefits paid to the Executive Director shall be approved by the Practice Management Board.
