Common use of Executive Director Clause in Contracts

Executive Director. IntegraMed will employ an Executive Director, selected by the Joint Practice Management Board, to manage and administer all of the day-to-day business functions of the Facilities. The Joint Practice Management Board will direct the day-to-day functions of the Executive Director in implementing the policies agreed upon by the Joint Practice Management Board. Salary and fringe benefits paid to the Executive Director shall be determined by the Joint Practice Management Board.
