Common use of Executive Director Clause in Contracts

Executive Director. The Executive Director shall serve on the MSTIC Executive Committee as a non-voting Member. The Executive Director oversees operations of the MSTIC according to the policies, procedures, and strategic direction set by the Executive Committee and will serve as the single point of contact to the Member, the Government or their respective designees. The Consortium Management Firm will provide the Executive Director.
