Common use of EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE NUMBER AND TERM OF OFFICE Clause in Contracts

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE NUMBER AND TERM OF OFFICE. The Board of Directors may, at any meeting, by majority vote of the Board of Directors, elect from the directors an executive committee. The executive committee shall consist of such number of members as may be fixed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may designate a chairman of the committee who shall preside at all meetings thereof, and the committee shall designate a member thereof to preside in the absence of the chairman.
