Executive Commitment. During the Employment Period, Executive agrees to devote substantially all of his time, energy and ability to the business of the Company, subject to paragraph E of Section 3.
Executive Commitment. 9.2.1 In addition to the remedies set out in clause 9.1, if the Service Provider breaches a Performance Standard then the Service Provider must at DFAT‟s request promptly make a senior executive of the Service Provider (at the level described in the Details) available for a meeting with DFAT (at a place nominated by DFAT), to explain the cause of the breach and the steps the Service Provider will take to ensure it is not repeated. Nothing in this clause limits DFAT‟s rights.
