Executive Coach. During the Term, Executive shall have the option to retain a professional executive coach to provide Executive with professional advice, guidance and training. The Company shall directly pay all fees of the executive coach.
Executive Coach. The Superintendent agrees to meet and consult with an Executive Coach, appointed through mutual agreement between the Board and the Superintendent through July 1, 2025. The Board, in its sole discretion, may extend the time period during which the Superintendent meets and consults with an Executive Coach, to include any period of time during which the Superintendent is employed as superintendent by the District. The role of the Executive Coach is to provide insight and advice related to topics such as leadership, communication, management practices and problem-solving, but the Executive Coach does not have authority to make decisions or take any action on behalf of the District. The Executive Coach shall be paid by the District and the services of the Executive Coach shall be provided at no cost to the Superintendent. The Superintendent agrees to meet and consult with the Executive Coach on a regular schedule, which shall be mutually agreed upon between the Superintendent and the Executive Coach, with input from the Board. The Superintendent will undergo a 360 evaluation in association with the Executive Coach.
Executive Coach. Executive will be reimbursed for her reasonable expenses relating to executive coaching in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) (the “Outplacement Expenses”) upon her submission of receipts consistent with the Company’s normal expense reimbursement policy. The reimbursements of the Outplacement Expenses are intended to constitute reimbursements for “reasonable outplacement expenses” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. In order to be reimbursed pursuant to this Section 2(d), the Outplacement Expenses must be incurred no later than December 31, 2020 and no such reimbursements for Outplacement Services will be made beyond the third taxable year of Executive following Executive’s taxable year in which the Termination Date occurred.
Executive Coach. The Company, at its sole expense, will provide Executive with an executive coach of his choosing during the term of this Agreement.
Executive Coach. The Board shall provide the Superintendent with an executive coach/consultant during the first year of employment.

The Board, in its sole discretion, may extend the time period during which the Superintendent meets and consults with an Executive Coach, to include any period of time during which the Superintendent is employed by the District. The role of the Executive Coach is to provide insight and advice with regard to all aspects of the Superintendent’s duties and role as an educational leader in Pennsylvania and related to topics such as leadership, communication, management practices and problem-solving, but the Executive Coach does not have authority to make decisions or take any action on behalf of the District. The Executive Coach shall be paid by the District and the services of the Executive Coach shall be provided at no cost to the Superintendent. The communications and discussions between the Superintendent and Executive Coach shall be confidential and not disclosed in any manner unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Superintendent or as required by law.
Executive Coach. The District shall pay the cost of an Executive Coach, who shall provide the Superintendent with coaching services relevant to the Superintendent’s job duties/functions as set forth herein, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00; provided, however, that all coaching services must occur within the first year of this Contract.
