This may include a fixed monthly stipend, reimbursement for specific expenses such as travel or housing, or access to certain company resources. Its core practical function is to ensure that executives receive supplemental support to cover costs associated with their role, thereby making the compensation package more competitive and addressing expenses that are unique to executive positions.
