Common use of Executive Advisor Clause in Contracts

Executive Advisor. During the Transition Period, Executive shall serve as an Executive Advisor to the Company under the terms of this Agreement. As Executive Advisor, Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as set forth on Exhibit A hereto, and as may reasonably be prescribed from time to time by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), consistent with his position of Executive Advisor. Executive shall report directly to the CEO. Executive agrees to undertake and faithfully perform the duties and responsibilities of such position.

As Executive Advisor, Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as set forth on Exhibit A hereto, hereto and as may reasonably be prescribed requested from time to time by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), consistent with his position of Executive AdvisorOfficer. Executive shall report directly to the CEO. Chief Executive Officer and agrees to undertake and faithfully perform the all of his assigned and requested duties and responsibilities of such positionresponsibilities.
