Execution of Warrant Certificates. (a) The Warrant Certificates shall be signed on behalf of the Company by an Appropriate Officer. Each such signature upon the Warrant Certificates may be in the form of a facsimile signature of any such Appropriate Officer and may be imprinted or otherwise reproduced on the Warrant Certificates and for that purpose the Company may adopt and use the facsimile signature of any Appropriate Officer.
